By using imghero, you agree to these terms.

The Service

imghero generates images from URLs you submit. We scrape your page content, summarize it, and create contextually relevant images using AI.

Your Account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don’t share your login or let others use your account.

Content Ownership

You own your images. Generated images belong to you. Use them however you want, including for commercial purposes, with no restrictions.

We don’t claim ownership of your generated images and won’t use them to train AI models.

Acceptable Use

Don’t use imghero to:

• Generate illegal content
• Create deepfakes or misleading AI-generated media
• Impersonate others
• Scrape copyrighted content you don’t have rights to
• Spam or abuse the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our systems

Service Availability

We aim to keep imghero running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee uptime. The service is provided “as is” without warranties.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

imghero isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees you’ve paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete your content.

You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email.
