How does billing work?

imghero uses a simple image-based system. You get images with your subscription and use them to generate.

How many images does each generation cost?

One image per generation. Simple as that.

Do unused images expire?

No. Your images roll over month-to-month, so you never lose what you’ve paid for. To keep things fair, your balance is capped at twice your monthly allowance.

What if I run out of images?

Subscribers can purchase a top-up pack anytime. It’s a one-time €10 purchase that adds 25 images to your balance immediately.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime through your billing portal. Changes take effect on your next billing date.

How do I cancel?

Click “Manage Subscription” on your billing page. You can cancel anytime — no fees, no questions asked. You’ll keep your remaining images until they’re used.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as other payment methods depending on your region.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. You’ll receive an email receipt for every payment. You can also access your full billing history through the subscription management portal.

Refunds

What happens if an image generation fails?

You’re refunded automatically. We only charge for successful generations.

Can I get a refund for unused images?

We don’t offer refunds for unused images, but since they roll over and never expire (up to your cap), you won’t lose them.
